How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping within Australia typically takes 3–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on its way.

Are your products safe for all hair types?

Yes! by.jovi products are formulated to be gentle and effective on all hair types, including colour-treated hair. 

Are your fragrances natural or synthetic?

We use a blend of safe, high-quality ingredients, both natural and carefully chosen synthetics, to create a lasting scent with real hair benefits.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we don’t currently offer returns, but if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out. We want to make it right.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Australia.
